"i requested repairs to my 2007 grady white with twin yamaha 150's. i had severe running problems. when i sent an email to service, i received a prompt reply and within 24 hours your tech, greg, was on the boat with an outstanding attitude. he repaired the running issues within hours. i have never received such great marine service in nearly 45 years of boating. without a doubt your department was above the 5 star rating. i am president and chairman of an automobile dealership business with sales over $150,000,000 annually and your service is superior. i am extremely satisfied with your service department. great job!"

"I had no intent to purchase a boat last fall when my wife and I stopped by to "look" at a 26 and 28 Sundancer. We met and talked with Terry, then looked at a Regal 2860. We purchased the Regal a week later because it had everything we did not know we were looking for. Terry was very easy and comfortable to work with. I pushed for a longer warranty as we would not take delivery until spring. With bad spring weather, the warranty on the used boat would expire before we had much of a chance to use the boat. Terry assured me that Happy Days would stand behind their boat and take care of any issues we had. Spring came and we did have a couple issues that did not show last fall. I have been dealing with Tim (service manager) on those couple issues, one that showed in July. Tim, Terry and the Happy Days crew indeed took care of us and our boat! They fixed these issues even in late July well past the original used boat warranty. I can and will vouch that Terry and Tim are men of their words and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are a happy - Happy Days customer! I will certainly look to Happy Days when I wish to purchase my next boat. Thank you Tim and Terry. "

"ive just put a deposit down on a very inexpensive, and i was treated as if i was buying a $30k boat, there was push to get me out and i felt like no matter what they "jim burrough" was only going to put me in a boat that ran good and was safe for my family and myself. i havent yet had to use the service or part dept. but if they reflect the professionalism of they sales team i know i will also have nothing but good thins to say about those guys and ladies.... so thank you jim and happy days boating for making this summer a good summer,

"Never having much luck buying used cars, etc. before, I was a bit skeptical about buying a used boat.
I found the boat that fit my criteria for size, economy, and use at Happy Days this past winter. Working with Jim Burroughs in sales, we struck a fair deal.
Everything Jim told me they would do prior to delivery was done. The day I picked up the boat I was extremely surprised that even more was done than I expected (the boat was clean, the bottom painted, and the sea trial went better than I had thought).
Happy Days has won my business thanks to Jim and the rest of the Happy Days staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Now, if they could put me on the hot fishing spots life would be perfect!"

"In January, 2009, I found a boat I was interested on the internet, I submitted a note expressing my interest, and I was contacted by Terry. I talked with Terry on the phone, told him what I was interested in, then scheduled a time to come down and take a look.
Terry had 5 used boats lined up for me to see, all 5 were exactly what I was looking for, and in my price range. I found the one I liked best and made the purchase.
It was AFTER the purchase when I started to realize I wasn't dealing with just another boat dealer. Terry had arranged to have all my personal equipment installed, some purchased there, some purchased elsewhere. I met with the rigger, and all the gear was professionally installed.
Terry then scheduled a sea-trial and subsuquent delivery (I live/dock 2 hours away). Everything, from the initial contact through the entire purchase was wonderful! No pressure sales, and great service!
I recently attended the Sportsman show and I talked with 3 different charter captains. All 3 captains were long time customers of Happy Days, and all 3 told me they have received the same great service, and that Happy Days stands behind their boats!
I normally don't submit feedback, because I expect good service when making a major purchase. But the service I received from Terry and Happy Days far exceeds any expectations I had, and I wanted to say Thanks!

"I purchased a 2007 Sportcraft with the Yanmar Diesal 30 ft. I haved owned many boats in my career charter fishing the Great Lakes, including Lake Huron, Lake Ontario, Lake Michiagan and Lake St. Clair and this boat handles better than any boat its size. I just figured out my fuel bill for the year and I ran about the same amount of charter trips the year before running a 1998 27' Sportcraft 7.4 ltr also bought from Kevin at Happy Days Boating and I spent 50 percent less. That makes me real happy. The Service Department With Tim Ficht has been remarkable, and I reccommend all my friends to service and buy boats here.
